Gen approached us to create a new digital presence that reflected her personal, hands-on approach to physiotherapy.
We delivered the entire project through our Workshop approach, conducting every session online to design and build a calm, movement-focused website that embodies care and confidence.
Throughout the process, we worked closely with Gen to clarify her messaging, structure the content, and ensure the design supported both patients and day-to-day use of the site. The result is a practical, professional website that aligns with how she works and makes it easy for her to manage going forward.

We developed a complete brand and website for Tawiah Physio that carefully balances a personal approach with professionalism. Rather than leaning on the stark whites and clinical teals so common across medical websites, the design intentionally moves in a softer direction, using gentle pastel tones and flowing, organic graphic “squiggles” that subtly communicate movement, care, and progression.
Gen’s personal, hands-on approach shaped the identity of the website. Her handwritten signature became a key element of the logo, while the photography and tone of voice helped define the look and feel of the site.
Each detail reflects her way of working with clients. Built entirely through our online Web Design Workshop approach, the project unfolded across four collaborative sessions.
This process allowed for real-time refinement and creative input, ultimately resulting in a distinctive brand and website that truly mirrored the thoughtful, in-person care Tawiah Physio provides.
