Case Study: Elm Grove Country House

"The previous website had lasted 8 years and had served the business very well, however it also looked aged when compared to some competitor websites."

Elm Grove is an award winning, family run Georgian Country House B&B set among 20 acres of lawns, gardens and fields, located 3 miles from Tenby, Pembrokeshire. It has been the family home, and business, of the Rees family for nearly 60 years and is personally run by Jane & Alan Rees-Baynes, the 3rd generation.

The previous website had lasted 8 years and had served the business very well, however it also looked aged when compared to some competitor websites. The lack of a strong mobile presence was also motivation for a refresh. Being based at the guest house for thee days allowed me to get a good feel for the elegance and heritage of the place. I certainly feel that fed nicely into the new website. We are delighted with the new online presence and it was a privilege to be part of the project.

Our new website is up and running! Click through and take a look - it’s a lot easier to navigate etc. Thank you to Elwyn at PixelHaze for a great job!
